After working in the banking industry for twelve years (relationship management, credit analysis, branch management, business process analysis for SMEs, managed investment portfolios of clients etc), she developed lethargy and had to look for avenues to rediscover her rhythm. In this state, she pondered on the next step to take thus she decided to act and take actions. she had to get a coach to help facilitate her entry into a new journey of life. Of course, this was not easy as she had to struggle along the way to remove all limiting beliefs that had held her back from taking positive actions about her life in the past. The impact of her self-discovery and awareness led her to seek a career in coaching in order to impact on other people’s lives and help them manage the change that will happen as they pursue their dreams and goals.
She likes assisting and supporting people to set personal and performance goals that would motivate them enough so as to take positive actions about the situations in their personal, professional or business life. Like the quote from Eleanor Roosevelt: “people are like teabags, you never know how strong they are until you put them in hot water”.
